Quality Assurance Specialist in a dynamic Danish Brand Company. The specialist will direct develop a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.Objectives of this role Build up strong company quality assurance standards Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skillsResponsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables Keep our online QC platform update with the latest standards and inspection specifications. Pre analyze potential risks for each incoming product together with our manufacturing partners and internal departments. Ensure each product is according to its destination country’s local law with our QC department in EU and local authorities. Communicate with 3rd party testing laboratories about testing methods and updated quality standards. Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processesRequired skills and qualifications Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools Superb computer skills, including database management Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQAPreferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field Knowledge about manufacturing processes in various fields, such as (Glass-, Ceramics-, Wood-, Steel-, Plastics-, Fabrics-, electronic products etc. ) Mechanical background preferred.
