Job Description:
1. Participate in the formulation and update of group standards, maintain the standardized operation of the quality system.
2. Connect to the suppliers of electrical and electronic equipment (mainly in home appliance, luminaries, etc), follow up and assist them to improve products and deal with production issues.
3. Communicate with buyers at the group headquarters, provide technical support for source team to develop new products.
4. Formulate and review the compliance requirements of the group's electrical and electronic products in EU, China and other markets.
5. Assist for the formulation of inspection standards of electronic and electrical products, provide necessary training for the inspectors.
6. Follow up and handle daily testing issues with third-party certification companies.
7. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
8. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
9. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in fields of Electrical Engineering
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Min. 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer developing Consumer Electronics / Household items.
5. Min. 2-3 year experience as QE or QA
6. Experience in Test laboratories a major plus.
