• Overall supplier management within commodity Cold Forming.
• Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meeting all requirements and specifications during every business phase.
• Support supplier pre-selection, leading supplier technical review and perform APQP, PPAP , R@R …etc.
• Close monitoring supplier KPI and drive continuous improvement to meet target.
• Perform supplier process audit. Leading escalated quality topics and support VAVE activity.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering sciences or related.
• Minimum three years working experience in supplier quality field in the automotive industry. Above 2 years working experience in quality management for Cold Forming Products.
• Good knowledge of material specification and testing standards.Familiar with quality system such as ISO/TS 16949.
• VDA6.3 Audit experiences required, it’s better to have VDA6.3 auditor card.
• CQI assessment skill in related special process. Well know and skillful of using the key quality tools like APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and 8D, etc., has skill set of problem solving.
• Good at communication and team works.
• Proactive and strict working style.
• Skillful with MS Office and internet applications.Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Flexible for extensive travels.
• This role could support daily working location in Xuhui, Shanghai.
