職責描述: The Opportunity: Responsible for the design and implementation of RPA initiatives using RPA software. Drives solution design, core configuration, supervised configuration, assessment, deployment activities and post-deployment support. What you’ll do: 1. Analysing and understanding the business processes in detail where required. 2. Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions. 3. Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. 4. Creating and maintaining solution documentation. 5. Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. 6. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. 7. Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases. 8. Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. 任職要求: What you will need to succeed in the role: 1. Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. 2. Experience working on Agile Methodologies. 3. An understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram. 4. An aptitude for logic and mathematics. 5. An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines. 6. Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs. What additional skills will be good to have? 1. An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be. 2. Certificated as blueprism developer. 3. Experience in managing senior stakeholders and demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders and translate ideas into outcomes. 4.
