Key Responsibilities · Develop and setup public cloud application, focusing on K8S/Openshift based microservice applications. · Develop, testing and maintain Java libraries for enterprise applications · Maintain, build and run an automation, CI/CD and self-healing capabilities platforms to web and mobile application development. · Support CI/CD and hybrid cloud container platforms to deliver high availability and scalability platforms for business needs. · Ensure seamless operations of DevOps CI/CD platforms for application development including continuous integration, test automation, environment configuration and version control. · Assess and maintain quality of base images, library packages, CI/CD, container platforms to ensure compliance of corporate security and quality standards. · Provide support and guidance to application team on service delivery and improve end-to-end experience by continuous improvement based on their voices. · Facilitate performance testing and proactive monitoring to support application release and production launch. · Maintain timely and accurate communications with Project Managers throughout the delivery life cycle, to ensure the IT infrastructure risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are correctly tracked. · Keep abreast of the corporate strategy, business plan and latest industry trends. Requirements · with minimum of 5 years IT experience, hands on experience on Java code development. · Must have proven technical experience of working in public cloud environment. (e.g. AWS, Azure, Ali cloud, Tencent cloud) · Solid knowledge with CI/CD and DevOps mindset and principles of Agile or Lean methodology. · Knowledge in IT infrastructure and Cloud Operations. · Knowledge in a broad set of technologies and patterns such as Cloud (Azure/AWS), Container Platform, Micro-services, and Infrastructure as Code. · Ability to work well with others and as part of a technical team · Ability and willingness to proactively accept, and drive, change to accomplish positive outcomes. · Ability to multitasking and manage various projects in a cross-functional environment. · Professional competency in at least one technical specialization, with broad understanding of other current and emerging technologies. · Passion for bleeding edge technologies. DESIRED SKILLS · Proficient in programming with languages like Java, Node.js, Python, Groovy, Ansible, TypeScript, Bash script, PowerShell. · Solid experience on at least a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Alicloud) · Solid experience in some of the below areas: DevOps Tools (e.g. Ansible, Azure Pipeline, Git, Jenkins, JFrog, Terraform) DevSecOps Tools (e.g. NeuVector, Seeker, Snyk) Container Platform (e.g. Kubernetes, RedHat Openshift) Elastic Stack (i.e. ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana) Knowledge on network and infrastructure is prefered Can speak good Cantonese. Able to read/write English
