ESS AP Regional HSE Leader Honeywell Energy Sustainability Solution (ESS) is a global leader in providing customers with high-performance specialty materials, including Honeywell UOP, Advanced Materials, and STS businesses. Honeywell has an opening for a ESS Asia Pacific (AP) Regional HSE leader. The successful candidate will lead and implement multiple ESS sites in the AP region, including China, Korea, Japan, Thailand to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and culture excellence to align with Honeywell corporate and ESS management systems. Position Responsibilities: ? driving multiple sites to achieve compliance, sustainable HSE culture, lagging metrics, and risk mitigation; ? Providing functional knowledge of local regulations, Honeywell HSE MS, and industry standards as input to HSE continuous improvement. ? Facilitating resources from multiple functions to drive sites’ HSE targets and goals. ? Working with Capital Project Team to ensure compliance for permit acquisition throughout project life cycle; ? Engaging the plants strategic and operating plans to ensure environmental and safety compliance while improving overall operating results ? Work with Corporate AHM (Area HSE Manager) to continuously improve HSE performance, including RC14001; ? Performing HSE Gemba with sites HSE leader to identify opportunities and transferring HSE knowledge to site HSE team and site leaders; ? participating incident investigation in responsible sites ? Fulfills leadership role in the integration of environmental and safety excellence with plant and Honeywell goals ? Work with site leader to lead plants’ efforts towards Responsible Care Management Systems ? Actively supports business growth initiative programs such as AOP, STRAP, Corp. HSE
