Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with project managers to co-ordinate project design procurement and construction plans, responsible for project planning, scheduling, and able to track and report on the project process in a timely and regular manner;

Tracking project procurement progress and updating project cost reports, organizing the preparation of overall progress plan, control progress plan, execution progress plan and special progress plan for the project;

Cooperate with expeditor engineers on sub-contractors progress timely report influential deviations to project manager;

Tracking on project milestone achievement, support project managers to make sure no delay of key engineering documents deliverable and key milestone;

Responsible for bi-weekly or monthly project schedules and cost reports, overseeing, tracking, and checking project Mutual Conditions of Offer (MCOO)forms, Request for Quotation (RFQ) document release schedules, Construction Drawing Release Schedules Procurement of Supplies (Purchased Supplies) status schedules, and Physical Work Completion status schedules;

Responsible for project planning documents (schedule manpower plan etc.) during tender stage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in engineering management related majors;

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working on large scale of projects;

Proficient in P6, MS Project and MS Office;

Possess strong analytical mind, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;

Good communication skills and persuasive power skills, self-confident appearance and win some personality with team spirit;

Good written and spoken English is essential;

Familiar with EPC project management mode, experience in progress control management of foreign projects is preferred.
