Your task:
1.Installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of our ophthalmic productions machines
2.Supporting and advising customers with service requests - directly as well as via hotline, email or remotely
3.Independent fault analysis and rectification
4.Carrying out customer training
5.Participation in trade fairs
Your qualification:
1.Completed technical education
2.High level of service awareness
3.Several years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering of advantage, ideally in the optical industry
4.Competence with methodical trouble·1self, under pressure and highly flexible
6.Good written and spoken English skills are mandatroy
7.Willingness to travel
