The Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
1.Trend Analysis and Market Research:
Conduct effective trend analysis and market research based on brand positioning and industry trends. Have a keen judgment on consumer pain points, needs, and emotional trends.
趨勢分析與市場調(diào)研:根據(jù)品牌定位和行業(yè)趨勢,有效進(jìn)行趨勢分析和市場調(diào)研。對(duì)消費(fèi)者的痛點(diǎn)、需求和情緒趨勢有敏銳的判斷力。
2.Creative Product Conceptualization:
Propose creatively appealing product concepts based on trend analysis, define product directions for target user groups, and develop comprehensive plans for product launches and promotions.
創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品概念化:根據(jù)趨勢分析,提出創(chuàng)意吸引力的產(chǎn)品概念,定義針對(duì)目標(biāo)用戶群體的產(chǎn)品方向,并制定產(chǎn)品上市和推廣的整體計(jì)劃。
3.Product Lifecycle Management:
Have knowledge of product lifecycle management. Have practical experience in formulating marketing communication strategies and product iteration directions at different stages of creating major products.
產(chǎn)品生命周期管理:具備產(chǎn)品生命周期管理的認(rèn)知。在打造大單品的不同階段,具有制定營銷傳播策略和產(chǎn)品迭代方向的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4.Market Communication Strategy:
Develop market communication strategies and product iteration directions, especially at different stages of major product development.
市場傳播策略:制定市場傳播策略和產(chǎn)品迭代方向,尤其是在大單品開發(fā)的不同階段。
5.Product Development Practical Experience:
Have practical experience in formulating market communication strategies and product iteration directions during the creation of major products.
產(chǎn)品開發(fā)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn):在打造大單品的實(shí)踐中,具有制定市場傳播策略和產(chǎn)品迭代方向的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
The Requirements 職位要求:
1.Bachelor's Degree or Above:
Possess a bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong sense of fashion aesthetics.
本科或以上學(xué)歷:擁有本科或以上學(xué)歷,具備較強(qiáng)的時(shí)尚審美觀。
2.Successful Practical Experience in Major Product Planning and Market Communication:
Have successful practical experience and personal insights in major product planning and market communication.
在大單品產(chǎn)品策劃和市場傳播方面有成功的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和個(gè)人思考。
3.Strong Creative Ability:
Possess strong creative abilities.
具備較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)意能力。
4.Experience in the Beauty Industry Preferred:
Prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
美容行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
5.Understanding of Beauty Products Preferred:
Candidates with some understanding of beauty products are preferred.
對(duì)美妝產(chǎn)品有一定了解者優(yōu)先考慮。
