Job description:
1.Designing tools, fixtures, equipment, supports, racks and consoles used in assembly.
2.Preparing drawing for machine and components dismantling and packing for transport, including the design of lifting lugs, fixtures, supports, and cradles, while considering both the loading requirements and transportation specifications.
3.Coordination with project management, suppliers, production and assembly.
4.Creating technical concepts, 3D models and 2D drawings.
5.Carrying out design calculations for the concepts/assemblies.
6.Supervision, monitoring and approval of concept and production drawings.
7.Creation of design parts lists and creation of the relevant material master file.
8.Working with a modern data management system.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in design and manufacture of machinery and automation, mechanical engineering or related.
2.With experience or training in the field of design/general mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage, technical understanding.
3.Experience with 2D and 3D CAD(preferably Creo Elements).
4.Independent and goal-oriented way of working, reliability and ability to work in a team.
5.Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
6.Good knowledge of MS Office.
7.SAP knowledge is an advantage.
