整合索迪斯和客戶的食品安全和 HSE的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程
與HSE經(jīng)理們一起制定審計(jì)計(jì)劃
與營運(yùn)點(diǎn)溝通,確定以完成糾正主要和次要不符合項(xiàng)的提交證據(jù)時(shí)間范圍
審查來自現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的證據(jù),并與審核員商定是否足以糾正相關(guān)的不符合項(xiàng)
如果在時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)沒有收到證據(jù),即上報(bào)給區(qū)域HSE經(jīng)理
對(duì)不符合項(xiàng)進(jìn)行完整的趨勢(shì)分析,以識(shí)別營運(yùn)點(diǎn)之間的任何常見問題
向區(qū)域HSE經(jīng)理提供每月更新情況、報(bào)告或報(bào)表
支持參與直接匯報(bào)事件的營運(yùn)點(diǎn)
提高向 Salus 提交報(bào)告的質(zhì)量,并確保所有 1 級(jí)事件都在規(guī)定的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)上傳根本原因分析
提供HSE和食品安全培訓(xùn),并協(xié)助解決現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的任何疑問
準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)、警報(bào)以及食品召回等快報(bào),在負(fù)責(zé)的營運(yùn)點(diǎn)監(jiān)督轉(zhuǎn)變和問題
推動(dòng)和部署索迪斯“安全的一天”行為安全文化計(jì)劃,作為所有活動(dòng)宣傳的焦點(diǎn)
部署安全改進(jìn)計(jì)劃舉措
確保在所有服務(wù)流中重新執(zhí)行“3 檢查”計(jì)劃
及時(shí)報(bào)告危險(xiǎn)源和事件,并確保按照索迪斯報(bào)告時(shí)間框架準(zhǔn)確捕獲和報(bào)告
實(shí)施未遂事件和安全觀察報(bào)告,并確保在需要時(shí)采取行動(dòng)。
Integrate Sodexo and client Food Safety and HSE standards and processes.
Develop audit programme with HSE Managers
Communicate to sites stating time scales for submission of evidence to ‘close out’ major and minor non-conformances.
Review evidence from the sites and agree with auditor if it is sufficient to close out the relevant non-conformance.
Where evidence is not received within timescales – escalate to regional HSE Manager
Complete trend analysis on non-conformances to identify any common issues across sites.
Provide monthly updates to regional HSE Manager.
Support sites who engage for direct reporting of incidents. Improve the quality of reports filed into Salus and ensure that all Level 1 incidents have a Root Cause Analysis uploaded within defined timescale.
Provide HSE and food safety training and assist with any queries from sites.
Prepare‘Quickshares’; Lessons Learnt; and Alerts along with Food recalls etc – oversee translation and issue to sites.
Drive and deploy Sodexo ‘Have a Safe Day’ behavioural safety culture change programme being focal point for collateral for all campaigns.
Deploy Safety Improvement Plan initiatives.
Ensure that the ‘3 checks’ initiative is re-enforced across all service streams
Implement the prompt reporting of hazards and incidents and ensure they are accurately captured and reported in accordance with Sodexo reporting timeframes.
Implement the reporting of Near-Miss events and Safety Observations and ensure actions are taken where required.
