SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business.
2. Facilitate customer's product flow by identifying most suitable and efficient model.
3. Provide solution review and adjustment to help contract renew and customer retain
4. Cooperate with related parties/department or in conjunction with other solution design colleague for appropriate solution, proposals and costing.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction by working proactively with internal business partners to resolve customer issues.
6. Build relationship, establish trust and rapport and sustain effective communication with both internal and external business partners.
7. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
