崗位職責:
1. Identify, review and analyse business processes, data and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT, Operations and agreed Future State Architecture.Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost).
2. Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.
3. Work with markets/regions to understand delivery partner and competitive landscape.
