LOE Engineer
How You’ll Make an Impact
Digitalization(70%):
61 在PTC DTO和LOE Manager的指導(dǎo)下制定公司數(shù)字化發(fā)展的藍(lán)圖和路線圖。
61 負(fù)責(zé)總部MES項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施,包括但不限于負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)系統(tǒng)需求分析、方案溝通、運(yùn)維支持,參與系統(tǒng)實(shí)施以及系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化等工作。
61 負(fù)責(zé)工廠其他數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目,包括完善需求、邏輯,推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施;實(shí)施過程需扮演項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理角色、管理項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程、執(zhí)行效果評(píng)價(jià)和升級(jí)維護(hù);針對(duì)部分需求進(jìn)行自我開發(fā),構(gòu)建數(shù)字化APP。
61 提升工廠數(shù)字化文化和能力建設(shè):推動(dòng)工廠的低代碼開發(fā)(如APA、簡(jiǎn)道云、IoT…)的學(xué)習(xí)、支持指導(dǎo)其他成員的項(xiàng)目開發(fā)、交流、宣傳。
61 參與PTC或與總部的溝通和***實(shí)踐分享,負(fù)責(zé)推進(jìn)可借鑒項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施。
Operation excellence(30%):
61 參與和支持公司戰(zhàn)略管理,籌備戰(zhàn)略會(huì),跟蹤戰(zhàn)略項(xiàng)目實(shí)施。
61 參與精益基層改善活動(dòng)(lean dojo),負(fù)責(zé)KPIs的收集和展示,協(xié)助管理者分析差異原因、制訂改善行動(dòng)計(jì)劃、展示***經(jīng)驗(yàn)。參與工廠內(nèi)、PTC或與總部的***實(shí)踐分享。。
61 關(guān)注精益工具的培訓(xùn)和精益文化和推廣。
61 深度參與自動(dòng)化轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目,包括需求分析、設(shè)備方案評(píng)估、設(shè)備導(dǎo)入、管理設(shè)備安裝-調(diào)試-驗(yàn)收
61 5.上級(jí)主管安排的臨時(shí)性項(xiàng)目和工作要求。
What You Bring
1. 全日制統(tǒng)招大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)/信息管理/軟件工程相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)4年以上,有后端開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉工具應(yīng)用,如ASP.Net、C#、JAVA、Python;熟悉SQL Server,Oracle等常規(guī)數(shù)據(jù)的使用;網(wǎng)頁前端開發(fā)和工具應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)is a plus.
3. 有 MES 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
4. 具備良好的信息化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及方案編寫能力, 善于團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通協(xié)調(diào),并能獨(dú)立完成需求調(diào)研、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、建議方案,同時(shí)具備較強(qiáng)的溝通能力
5. 有自動(dòng)化項(xiàng)目,熟悉工業(yè)通信協(xié)議,如Modbus/TCP, OPC UA, MQTT,PROFINET更優(yōu)
