Job description:
· To drive UIUX development, ensuring customers oriented UIUX method to be well practiced.
· The required tasks include but not limited to:
o Create UIUX concept proposal (Key screen flow or prototype),refer to competitor benchmark and function needs.
o Maintain/review/deliver UIUX specification as needed
o Create/review/track Jira tickets of responsible functions, participant PI planning or other project meetings to ensure UIUX requirement are fully implemented with aligned timeline and scope.
o Align UIUX test cases as function needed, track testing status and join test drive and verify function maturity in regular basis.
o Follow project process and rules to handle UIUX tickets and bug processing
o In case of critical situation, take special action, such as taskforce, daily calls, etc, with relevant stakeholders(suppliers, testing teams, PO, PM, etc.)
o Regularly report function status to project team and managers.
· Candidate should deliver below documents:
o Weekly UIUX report which includes but not limited to these info : UIUX/texttool development status, design implementation status, Jira tickets/translation status, KPM tickets statics, open issues, major bugs, blocker/critical points, potential risks, next steps, maturity status.
o The deliveries shall also contains relevant support documents such as UIUX concept documents, UIUX specification, etc
