Key Responsibilities
? Work closely with Recruiters to manage recruitment process including candidate sourcing, phone screen, interview arrangement, offer negotiation
? Maintain and utilize Talent Pool by various recruitment tools.
? Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights for influencing related stakeholders.
? Participate in various of TA projects like University Relations
? Other ad-hoc tasks requested by Supervisor
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree and above
? 1-3 years of Recruitment/HR experience in Agency (Headhunter/RPO) or in-house TA, experience in the industry of Automation would be a plus.
? Be familiar with key recruitment channels
? Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
? Fluency Chinese and workable English skills
? Fluent verbal English and native Cantonese would be a plus
